🚚 Baylink Global Trade – Shipping Policy

At Baylink Global Trade, we aim to deliver your products safely and on time.
Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand seasons (e.g., festivals, sales), processing time may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary based on courier workload, weather, or external factors.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: [Your rate, e.g., 70–100 BDT]
  • Outside Dhaka: [Your rate, e.g., 120–150 BDT]
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) fees may apply based on courier policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Baylink Global Trade.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most areas.
  • Customers must receive calls from courier riders for successful delivery.
  • Fake or repeated failed COD orders may lead to order cancellation or account blocking.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Every order must be confirmed through phone/SMS/website checkout.
  • Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email (depending on courier availability).
  • Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after parcel handover.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier will attempt delivery 1–2 times.
  • If the customer is unreachable, refuses delivery, or provides a wrong address:
    • The parcel may return to us.
    • Future orders may be restricted.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

  • Baylink Global Trade is not directly responsible for courier-related delays, damage, or loss.
  • However, we will help you file a claim or resolve any issue.
  • For damage/loss claims, clear unboxing video is mandatory.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • Only Bangladesh-wide delivery is available.

10. Change of Address

  • Shipping address can be updated before dispatch only.
  • Once the parcel is handed to the courier, changes can’t be made.
