📦 Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Timeframe

  • Customers must request a return within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after the given timeframe will not be accepted.

2. When Returns Are Accepted

  • If the wrong product is delivered
  • If the product is damaged or defective
  • If the product is significantly different from the photos shown

3. When Returns Are Not Accepted

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products with torn/removed packaging
  • Personal-use items such as cosmetics, skincare, innerwear, earrings, etc.
  • Sale/discounted products

4. Return Process

  • Customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video when requesting a return.
    Without this video, the return will not be accepted.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging.
  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).

5. Refund / Replacement

  • After inspecting the returned product:
    • A replacement will be provided if the item is in stock
    • If not, customers will receive a full refund or store credit
  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible.
